Pioneer Roofing was awesome! Spencer came out and looked over my roof and gave me an upfront assessment, followed by a very fair estimate, with possibilities of extra material required. The job was done in the time allotted and the crew was very efficient. Pioneer Roofing was super easy to work with and very upfront about the costs of the job. Spencer and the Pioneer Roofing crew are excellent! They recently repaired some cracked tiles on my roof and did a flawless job. The tech communicated very well and even sent pictures after he was finished. I’ve also been able to work with them on multiple projects over the years, and they’re always professional, reliable, and very skilled at what they do. Highly recommended!

Pioneer Roofing is fantastic! Spencer and Alana are hands down the best duo. I love supporting family owned businesses, and these siblings know how to take care of their customers. They had Colin come out quickly during the recent rains, found the leak right away, and fixed it on the spot. He was able to get on the roof while we had a brief break in the showers and my home is ready for the rest of our usual winter rains. Super professional, friendly, and reasonably priced—highly recommend and would definitely use them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are so grateful for Spencer and the team at Pioneer Roofing Company. As new homeowners, we were shocked when our insurance company sent us a notice threatening to cancel our policy unless we replaced our roof within a month. We immediately called Pioneer Roofing, and Spencer came out quickly to inspect our roof. He found that it still had several years of life left, and he provided us with a detailed written report. We sent this report to our insurer, and they reinstated our policy without requiring a replacement. To our surprise, Spencer offered this service completely free of charge. This kind of honesty, professionalism, and community-minded service is rare. Spencer truly went above and beyond to help us during a stressful situation. We plan to choose Pioneer Roofing Company when the time does come for a replacement, and we highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services. Thank you, Spencer and team!

I give this company 5 stars+! From the moment we spoke, I was met with only the highest level professionalism. Spencer came to my home and provided me with a very thorough roofing quote. He took extra time with me to answer all my questions which was of great comfort as I’m a first time homeowner and this is my first time replacing a roof. He and his team are very knowledgeable, honest, and caring. The quote I received from Pioneer roofing was by far the most competitive. I hired them to do my roof and they did an outstanding job. The roof is impeccable. His team worked quickly and efficiently to have the project done. They took such care and pride in their work and it shows. Even in videos, friends of mine who are professional home designers noticed the quality of the roof.
