Love this vet! We got seen in a timely manner. The vet was knowledgable and has worked with german shepherds a lot in the past so that was very helpful since our german shepherd was experiencing seizures. We're now on a good balance of meds and have been nearly 2 years seizure free!

Pitts is an excellent Vet service. I couldn't be happier with the care my dog receives. From the front desk to the techs to the Dr's, everyone is wonderful, helpful, and understanding. I highly recommend Pitts Vet Hospital and I will always take my dogs there.

The staff at Pitts are efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I started going to them when my cat injured his back and I wanted to try acupuncture, which Dr. Hiebner performs. She also amputated his tail, which went well. Both were beneficial to my cat's long-term healing. They will give you costs ahead of time, which is helpful. They also have an online pharmacy for flea meds, food, etc. I started there at a very stressful time and found my experiences supportive and positive.

Watch the prices with this place, they will even lie about a simple nail trim. Charged for time with tech, and then another fee for a simple trim. Was going to set up as a new client here, but the place isn't up front about costs, so moving on to a place that won't lie to their clients. It can be hard to find a vet that you trust with your baby. But in my 6 years of going here I can say with full confidence they have my baby's best interest in mind at all times. They are always there for you if you need them. I can call and ask questions and receive prompt answers with top teir service. When we go in, the staff always greets you with a smile and will do anything they can to make sure your pet has what they need. They care about making your pets experience with the vet a good one. I cant recommend them enough!!! 5 stars.
