Despite the significant time zone difference between us, Ray's responsiveness was unparalleled. He consistently replied to my queries outside of his own office hours, ensuring my issues were addressed promptly and effectively. What truly sets PIVOT apart is their client-centric ethos. They efficiently resolved my accounting enquiry and did not charge a fee( as no ongoing service was required). Furthermore, when I had a separate legal question outside their scope, Ray immediately leveraged his professional network to provide an excellent referral. Outstanding experience with Pivot Advantage Accounting and Advisory Inc. Working with Raymond at Pivot Advantage was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. His deep knowledge and experience made the entire tax filing process seamless from start to finish. What really stood out was that, unlike other firms that hand things off to junior staff or interns, Raymond was personally involved throughout — and that made a huge difference. He was always responsive, clear in his communication, and answered all my questions patiently. Although he offered in-person meetings when needed, I honestly never had to take him up on it because everything was handled so efficiently online.
