This review is long over due. I completed my therapy in April of 2025 after 70+ sessions. I cannot say enough good things about Emily at Pivot Physical Therapy and the entire team. After breaking more than 40 bones, I began my recovery in a wheelchair following a month in the hospital and rehabilitation that left me with significant muscle atrophy. Emily played a critical role in helping me rebuild my strength, endurance, mobility, and confidence step by step. She consistently met me where I was each day, focusing on whatever pain or limitation needed the most attention. Her encouragement kept me going, and her ability to make each session both challenging and positive made a tremendous difference in my recovery. The care, compassion, and professionalism at Pivot Physical Therapy were exceptional. I am incredibly grateful for the support I received and highly recommend Emily and the Pivot Physical Therapy team to anyone looking for knowledgeable, dedicated, and genuinely caring therapists.

A big thank you to Emily, Andrew, Jen and Dillon! The rehab i had pre surgery with this team at Pivot was and continues to be invaluable. Due to the intricacies of tricare, I was pulled back to nmcp (which is also awesome) but I appreciate you guys! Everyone was friendly and professional and the improvement made here was phenomenal.

I broke my shoulder at work. Brittney and Emily were my providers that were 100% responsible for my full recovery. Brittney worked through the significant scar tissue left over after surgery that was causing limited range of motion. They helped me push through during my sessions forcing progress. Five stars are not enough to rate Pivot! A ten plus indeed! I came here after hip surgery not being able to fully lift my leg and with the help of Brittany, Emily, and Jennifer I’m able to use my leg again. They and the whole staff go above and beyond to help you including Dylan, one of the rehab aides. Everyone is friendly along with the front desk, Lauren, Kim, and Ashley who greet you with a smile! I feel like family here. I highly recommend!

I have used Pivot Physical Therapy torn rotor cuff,knee replacement,hip replacement and finally balance. I have nothing but good things about Pivot. I have worked with many of the Physical Therapist and they always show compassion and do everything in their power to get you back in good health. All the current PTS Brittany, Emily, Jennifer, Andrew, Kennedy and Dillon have gone above and beyond to get me better.
