Love this store. It’s our go to pizza place and they never disappoint. The staff is really friendly and they always bake the best and perfect pizza. This is the best pizza pizza store in KWC. Period.

I have ordered large pizza from this store yesterday. I was eating pizza and I felt hair inside pizza. I had to throw entire pizza. Too bad. Never order pizza from this store. Its not clean and safe for health. The guys working there was not wearing net in hair or beard. There was 3 guys working when i went there.

Lost a customer. Mostly because of employees attitude. Order a pizza and Cheese bread, Pizza was burnt and I called pizza pizza to convey that information and I was offered another one as replacement. I got a call from restaurant to bring the burnt pizza back and I said okay as I only took 2 bites. All good until now as things go bad but people should know how to fix it. As soon as I entered I saw on their faces like I made a huge mistake and it’s burnt and I didn’t liked it is my fault. Didn’t hear an apology or anything. Why would I want to waste my time to come out of my house and go past my dinner time to replace a good pizza. I waste my time, energy and got my mood spoiled. Very bad way to handle customer.

It was the worst pizza ever. I am a vegetarian and there was a meat on my pizza. They just did not care about someone’s beliefs. What if I would have been allergic to it. I could have ended up in the hospital. Highly negligent, unacceptable and pathetic experience.
