Wood fired pizza done right but when it's toppings heavy the pizza crust in the center is still not crusty I will go back to try a Margherita as the baseline Dough was tasty and the tomatoes were a bit sweet noting their NorCal source which is fine VPN certified is fine but is based on San Marzano tomatoes and Italian flour BUT Blanco added his point of view to his pies One of the best thin crust wood fired pizzas in Arizona The apps and salads were delicious As I told my friends and so many asking me what a pizzialo (trained) like me thinks and my response is " you gotta go and enjoy it " and you will be happy "
Like so many others, I had heard about Pizzeria Bianco from the Netflix special. I was in Phoenix for a work trip and I made this my first stop for dinner. It didn’t disappoint. It was a Tuesday evening and I walked right in and was seated at the bar. Started off with the simple greens and they were great - it was a huge salad! I had the Rosa pizza and it was delicious. Loved the mix of flavors with the pistachios and cheese. It felt like I was in Italy again, but it had its own special taste. Received excellent service as well.
Simple food done right. When you start with good ingredients, you get good food. We love the bread, greens and pizza at Pizzeria Bianco. You can eat it and still feel good. Service is always good. Attentive and times perfectly. Great seating indoors and out. There is also a bar area with seating. Book ahead.
Such a delightful restaurant to dine at! The atmosphere is quaint and the service is friendly and efficient. I've eaten there many times and have always loved their pizza, especially the Margarita. Today I opted for the Caprese and complimentary bread with oil and balsamic vinegar. The Caprese is homemade and the tomatoes were super fresh. The serving of Caprese was so generous I couldn't finish it. A jewel of a restaurant worth visiting!
Such a beautiful little spot in a great setting! This cozy Italian pizza and pasta shop is tucked into a charming plaza with hanging lights and a big tree right in the center, it’s got such a nice atmosphere. The staff were super friendly, the food came out fast, and everything tasted amazing. It’s about as close as you can get to a fancy pizza place without the price tag. Definitely check it out for lunch or dinner, they serve glass-bottle Cokes and some of the best pasta you’ll ever have.
