I am extremely disappointed with the service I got from this place. They have a sign on the front that says "We clean Uggs here" its around $80 and a guaranteed 2 week wait. However I quickly learned that it's not a two week wait and that its longer because they don't actually clean the Uggs there, they have some external cleaning company they use. When I tried to retrieve them on the date they said that they'd be ready they turned me down and I had to come back a week and a half later. When I did actually get my Uggs they looked worse than when I brought them in. When I asked for some sort of refund for them being much later than expected and the service was worse than subpar they said theres nothing they can do because it's an external cleaning place. They shouldn't be advertising they clean Uggs there if they don't actually. I payed $80 to not have my Uggs for 4 3 weeks and for them to be even more ruined then before.
