Employees here could care less about actually working. They don’t speak to you, don’t look at you, and are constantly on their phones. Pictured is an employee who’s supposed to be holding a ladder, yet is on a very loud personal FaceTime call. Bathroom is constantly out of supplies.

I’ve been a member of this gym for >2.5 years and am overall happy with the equipment and staff who work really hard to keep the facility clean and well maintained. The major issue I have that’s been ongoing since I’ve been a member here is the temperature inside the gym. Depending on variable weather outside the gym is routinely anywhere between 76-80 degrees inside. Needless to say this unbearably hot and it’s so unacceptable that this is a normal occurrence with seemingly no effort to correct by the gym. When it’s routinely hot like this it gets super humid and a musty scent fills the air… not a pleasant experience. There is mold on the locker room ceiling from the moisture issues. Again, I really appreciate the staff at this location for their hard work and wish larger measures were taken to correct these recurrent temperature and facility issues. Being as this is a newer gym I’ve also hoped to see some of the newer plate loaded equipment but have yet to see the majority advertised by planet fitness in the past year.
