Customer service experience was very bad. The lady at the front with blonde hair and brown highlights came across as rude and unwelcoming. She didn’t seem helpful and gave off a judgmental attitude which made the interaction uncomfortable. I hope management can address this so customers feel more respected and valued in the future.
