I first met Kasey Byrd in Dallas when he hosted a seminar dinner on retirement planning. At the time, I was still working but beginning to seriously think about retirement. I was impressed not only with his knowledge, but also with the warmth, enthusiasm, and sincerity that he and his wife showed for family, faith, and business. About a year later, after moving to San Antonio, I decided to reconnect with Kasey and have him become my financial advisor. What stood out most was how personal he makes the process—he takes the time to really listen, takes detailed notes, and makes sure he understands your family’s specific situation and needs. He never pressures or pushes, and he’s incredibly patient in explaining all the options. Over the course of my planning, I had spoken with other advisors, but I always remembered that first impression with Kasey, and he continued to keep in touch. Now that I’m close to being retired, I couldn’t be more confident in my decision. Kasey designed a retirement plan that I feel very comfortable with, and I trust his guidance moving forward. Choosing him as my advisor was the right choice, and I would highly recommend him to anyone preparing for retirement.

I met Kasey Byrd when he sponsored a seminar dinner invitation about a year ago on retirement planning of which I was about a year out from retiring. During the dinner I was so impressed with the enthusiasm kindness and joy that he and his wife showed for family, faith and business. I booked an appointment and met with Kasey last year. He takes a personal interest in you and your family needs. He’s very very patient and not pushy or high pressured. He listens carefully and takes great notes on your needs and your family situation .Not yet retired, I went to more dinner invitations during the year and talked with more advisors but always kept Kasey in mind. First impressions always win out and I was impressed with Kasey. Kasey also kept in touch . When I retired several months ago I surprised Kasey and popped into his office to say hello and I’m retired. We made an appointment and he designed plans that I’m very comfortable with entering into retirement . Thank you Kasey

I have been with planning by Design for 2 years now and Kacey Byrd has been great to work with. He has my best interests in mind as we talk over strategies and so far his advice has payoff. I have been to a few financial advisers in the past but non made me feel comfortable enough to let them manage my retirement until I met Kacey. I’m glad I held out till the right adviser came along and I am extremely satisfied.

We recently met Kasey Byrd at one of his trainings. We enjoyed it and made an appointment to have him create a comprehensive retirement review with us. Our experience with Kasey was outstanding! He took his time to explain where we are today and options for our future. I cannot emphasize enough what a fantastic and educational experience this afforded us.
