I came to buy a plant pot, saucer and soil for my Dracaena plant. I was assisted by Aisha who was very knowledgable about plants. She didnt just give me what I was looking for, but she asked me what the issue was with my plant, asked to see a picture and gave me information accordingly on how to save my plant. She chose the best size pot and saucer tailored for my plant and also the best soil for my plant. Overall I was very happy with her advice and the plant items I purchased :)

I was looking for the right plant for my home. I visited the Plant World London flower shop, and the variety of flowers and plants inside left a truly wonderful impression on me. However, I didn’t know what I should buy. Ms. Ayse helped me, and I got a very healthy plant that suits my home perfectly. Recently, I also bought my second plant. I would like to thank them for the service they provided.

Ayse’s passion shines through in every detail - from the most stunning selection of plants, pots, and home decor to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you so much for the AMAZINGLY warm and friendly service you gave us. We’re still talking about how lovely it was chatting with you. We’re totally in love with your gorgeous shop, a space of pure tranquility in these turbulent times. Your passion for botany shone through, every plant you have in there is cared for so lovingly! We will be back for sure! Anyone reading this who wants a plant to bring beauty and joy into your life then this is the place for you. Of course everyone knows that you can buy cheap plants from cheap supermarkets and DIY stores. They may look so wonderful when you buy them but these poor things haven’t been cared for in the slightest which is why you’ll find yourself sadly dropping it into the bin within weeks, if not months. It’s basically botanical abuse the way they mistreat the poor things! In life we all get what we pay for. If you want a plant that will grow and thrive and probably outlast you, get yourself over to Planet World London and you’ll see what I’m talking about. I’m absolutely besotted with the shop, I was literally smiling all the way home with my new plant babies. We’re coming back soon for coffee and chats. Thank you so much helping make our home feel nearly as tranquil as your shop🥰. If you’ve read this far down, thanks and well done! Final note to that one guy who commented on the cake display… Mate, wake up and pay attention! Don’t be so rude unless you know you have all the facts to back you up. You just sound kind of angry, annoying and a little bit silly. They are MODEL cakes made to look like the real and very delicious cakes that they do actually sell in the shop. Fresh cakes are kept in the fridge. Would you also go to Lego Land and complain that the houses “advertised” were too tiny to actually live in? 😅 This is a beautiful space. A community space. Everyone is made to feel welcome there whether they’re buying, eating, chatting or just to breathe in the pure clean fresh oxygen that plants provide us all with. We NEED more spaces like these around here. I’ve lived in east London since 1997 and I’ve seen a lot of changes in that time, so take it from me. This place is a gem. A real living haven.
