I reached out to Andrew in response to a search for water conditioning recommendations. He was extremely informative about our options and extremely reasonable in pricing. The service was performed on schedule, and he was extremely professional and answered questions quickly - I'd give him 10 stars if I could.

Found Platinum Services on Nextdoor and reached out to owner Andrew Rollins by email. Received an immediate response to my request to install a hot water comfort pump to my homes’ hot water tank. The estimate was reasonable with others and pump being installed was quality brand. Installed in a timely manner by Raul and working very well. Hot water to faucets much more quickly.

Andrew was able to look at our problem the day after I left message (TG weekend) He fixed the leak under kitchen sink quickly, confidently and neatly. Will definitely contact him again.

I reached out to Andrew after making a toilet issue worse while trying to fix it myself. He responded right away — even on a Sunday evening — and showed up within 45 minutes. He quickly figured out the problem, fixed it, and double-checked everything else I had tried to make sure it was all done correctly. I had actually used Andrew once before for another toilet issue but didn’t save his number, so I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be him again! He’s professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly — even my dogs, who can be a little wild, loved him. Highly recommend Andrew for any plumbing needs!

They all were knowledgeable, professional, personable, good communicators and persevering in finding us the best solution to our dilemma! The team is a credit to this business and we would highly recommend this service to anyone in need of plumbing assistance! Thanks!
