Do not bother selling your items here!!! Stopped by with a drop off at around noon with a tote bag of gently used jeans, leggings & tops for the season, some with name brands &, some with tags.. got called to pick up around 2 and was told they wouldn’t take any of my things because they were “too loved”, meanwhile they had items on racks with stains & pilling. They care more about brand names hanging on by a thread than quality items. So instead I posted my items on FB marketplace and while going through my bag I realized some of my items were missing!! Tried calling back but couldn’t get through. Beware!! They probably bank on people not realizing what’s in their bags and taking what they can get. Luckily I was planning on donating what didn’t sell so it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with them.

My Daughters are always pleased to shop here. All that counts is a smile on my daughter’s faces, knowing they are feeling confident. And happy with the good deals. Thankyou Plato’s closet. Be visiting soon

Sold my cloths in a couple places. The price they offered varies by location. For me it's buffalo >> Plato's closet San Jose >>> Plato's closet San Mateo > crossroad. The staffs in Plato's and buffalo are nice. Just the Plato San Mateo location gave really bad offers. Like 2/3 of San Jose location offered. Make sure to go there last. Crossroad staff pretended to look through my stuff but she actually didn't even unfold them and took a look at all. I have two big bags and cloths are nicely folded, brands from supreme, Lululemon, Zara, H&M, etc. Plato took around 50 pieces of my stuff while crossroad took 0.

I loveee your guys stuff and I come here regularly, but you seriously need to stop buying shein. Like i guess its cute but?? Why is a shein top like $8 when a brand new item from shein is like $4? Same with brandy. If a new brandy top is like $15 why am i buying a used one for almost the same price. Anyway still love this location just pleaseeee stop with the overpriced shein or atleast have the decency to fool me and cut the tag off lol
