Incredible experience using this company. The online reservation system was so easy with a way to check availability and to pay online. I emailed them the day before to confirm and they were very quick to email me back. The day of the reservation, they communicated before delivery and pickup and answered my questions through text. The bounce house was amazing but I just want to emphasize that this was the most chill experience I've had with a company and they were just the nicest people. I will be using them for any party I have in the future (they have so much cool stuff to rent!) and you should too!

I rented a bounce house from Play Party Inflatables for my daughter’s birthday, and the whole experience was great. Their prices were very reasonable, and I really appreciated the option to pay a deposit ahead of time and the rest when they arrived to set everything up. It made the process feel simple and stress-free. The bounce house was in excellent condition and worked perfectly. We had it for the entire day, which was awesome—my daughter got to enjoy it during her party and then again later in the evening after her nap. The staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent inflatables!

We had a fantastic experience with Play Party Inflatables! I had never rented an inflatable for our yard before, so I was a bit nervous about our slight slope. I measured multiple times, but the owner went above and beyond—he was in the area and actually stopped by to check it out in person before we booked the water slide. The customer service from start to finish was outstanding. They even checked in during the party and gave us instructions on what to do when rainy weather rolled in. The Fire N' Ice waterslide was a huge hit for our 8th grade graduation party—super fun with a steep drop and a sharp curve that kept the kids coming back for more. Bonus: we were able to add tables and chairs to the order, which made party planning even easier. Highly recommend!
