Tried to book them for a party, after having a call with them on the phone. Price was more than a local company and I kindly let them know I was not interested anymore. They offered to match price and I decided okay I’ll move forward with them. I filled out the info and never received a quote and they left me on Read. BTW they are over priced- from soft play, bounce houses to generators. For better customer service, better prices by $100 +, reach out to Pixie Soft Play. I should have just booked with Pixie in the first place.

We had the best experience with Play Play Zone for my daughter's first birthday! Stephanie and her husband were so sweet and so professional. I love how they sanitized everything on-site. Pick up and set up were easy and Stephanie was responsive and quick via text. Highly recommend!
