It was okay experience, let down due to a lot of taped up pieces of equipment, lots of squished balls, general grime and dirt. The staff were lovely in comparison, noting 2 in particular who were on top of the tidying of toys and picking up things from the floor. Pricing is something that needs work. $30 plus for 3 hours of play is wild when you can go Little Land and Crocs and still pay less. It’s maybe due the deep clean others have mentioned 😊.

Looks like a great place for kids but can’t confirm as we never ended up entering. horrible service by the Asian lady. We were first time visitors (and first time parents who have no clue on what to expect for a paid indoor play area. Basic courtesy you can quickly share what amenities you have, what kind of play options are suitable by age, pricing, membership etc but she did not entertain us at all when we stood at the entrance, even after mentioning we’ve never been here before. If we stood there in silence she would completely ignore a visibly interested family. When I said “hi we’re here for the first time after seeing your social ad!” Her response was “yup”. She allowed us to tour the place only after we asked as we couldn’t get any information from her but basically let us in without any guidance and never follow up if we missed any good-to-know areas for parents or babies. For someone who works at a kids play cafe she surely is not kid/family friendly and needs customer service training. Completely made us not want to be there so we left.

Great experience for the kids, safe and fun play area, my nephew had an absolute blast! Make sure you take socks for you and your little one.

This is a lovely play café for children and the play area is great. However, the pricing and rules around time limits need to be clearer. We paid for a one-hour play session and stopped using the play equipment as soon as our hour was up. After that, we stayed seated at a table for about 30 minutes to feed our one-year-old some lunch before heading home. We didn’t purchase anything for ourselves or continue playing. To note further, there was no one sitting at the tables and the venue was very quiet. When we went to leave, we were charged extra for the additional time spent on the premises. Even after explaining that we had only stayed to feed our child and were no longer using the play area, we were still required to pay. It would be helpful if it was made clearer that any time spent inside the café beyond your booked slot — even if you’re no longer playing — will incur additional charges. Just something for other parents to keep in mind to avoid unexpected costs.
