Little gem of a place in the city centre. Well priced, plenty of choice, very family friendly and the staff are always lovely and helpful if needed

I visit this place at least two or three times a month and always have a great time here! The coin pusher and claw machines are really fun, and it’s one of my favorite ways to relax and enjoy some entertainment. The staff are very friendly, especially Chloe, who is always so kind and welcoming. I’m always happy when I come here. Definitely a fun place to visit!

It was okay. There should be a better separation between the adult slot machines and the arcade itself. My partner and I simply turned around from the 2p machines and BAM a slot machine. Very shocked by that. Kind of annoyed at the claw machines as well, I don’t expect even 50% of the time but the fact you can grab the toy EVERY time almost and have it immediately drop is just so disappointing. The flappy bird machine shut down half way through my partner and I playing the game too but it was kinda funny. I enjoyed the machines I could win tickets from, they were fun

I use to visit this arcade very frequently, approximately once a month. I no longer visit even once a year, they’ve turned an enjoyable experience with a nice balance of winning and losing (obviously in their favour) to always losing. You can put £30 into a claw machine and perfectly grab the item every time, and still not win. The 2p machines are also very poor compared to how they previously have been. Save your money and go elsewhere, there’s loads of new and much better arcades around Bristol.

My family and I love this arcade! We visit semi regularly, the staff are wonderful! Especially Chloe (our favourite) and the manager Tony! Lovely people, always happy to help us and anyone around! There's plenty of machines and they pay out well, both prizes and money on the 2p and 10p machines! Ive won *way too many* ducks and i will keep going back for more!

I’m writing this review as a big thank you to Vanesa (Sorry if the spelling is wrong here!) and Morgan for their patience and help! I work in retail myself so I know how frustrating it can be when customers stay up until closing, but they were nothing but patient and kind. For some context, I was so set on getting the big prize from one of the coin pushers so I spent quite a lot of money 😭 So when I realised that I may have spent all that for nothing as it was soon closing I begun to somewhat panic! They were kind enough to allow us to use the machine a little bit longer, which I was so appreciative of, like as I previously mentioned I work in retail so I know how frustrating it can be. But a big, big, big thank you is owed to these two for their kindness. I also noticed how attentive they were to other customers too during my visit, always free and quick to assist when needed. I’ve been to PlayStation in the past and am always impressed with the staff’s willingness and enthusiasm to help and even interact with customers. So much love is owed to the staff 💗💗
