Rosalind, Kaitlyn, and Susan were all phenomal. I have an anxious German shepherd and a Bombay cat. They took care of them amazingly. Gave full reports every time they visited. They sent photos every visit as well. It really put us at ease while we were out of state for the holidays. They took great care of us and made the unspeakable happen. Highly recommend.
PlayTime relieves the stress of travelling out of town. Their thorough onboarding process is worth the effort -- after that it's easy to schedule visits, communicate with pet sitters, pay invoices, and enjoy endless pet pics. Susan is an absolute angel. I called her regarding a difficult dog situation and she was so generous in offering not only special services but also providing additional recommendations and advice. Just used them for the first time for 9 days and was happy overall. They utilize an app they message you for each visit and sent several pictures of my cats. Can tell they different sitters enjoy their job and the cats warmed up to them very quickly. Overall I was happy with their service and will definitely use them again. Not worth taking a star off but worth noting for others. Even though they take one key for their main offices they still require you to put a lock box on your door/property so the different sitters don't have to pass a key around. Granted it was easy to order one but had to some searching as I live in an apartment currently that has lever doorknobs. Once again not a reason not to use them but something that was different from previous sitting services I've used in the past.
My 3 month old kitten had a great time hanging out with the sitters from PlayTime this past weekend while I was out of town. Deb and Sara sent me several pictures and a text about everything they did each time they visited. It was great to see he was well loved, taken care of, and had plenty of play time while I gone. It was also nice to come home and see that his litter box was fresh, the area around his box was free of all the litter that usually follows him out, and his food and water bowls were clean and full. I know he's looking forward to the next time he'll get to hang out with his Deb and Sara and I'm glad there's one less thing I have to worry about next time I travel.
