I’ve been a casual biker since 2011, mostly biking to work, around my neighborhood, and for relaxation. I’ll admit I’m not especially knowledgeable about bike repair, so I usually rely on bike shops for most of my maintenance needs. Over the years, I’ve visited several bike shops around Dallas, but this one stands out as my favorite. The staff are incredibly friendly, always willing to help, and the quality of service is consistently top-tier. I even have a bike shop closer to where I live, but I’m happy to go the extra mile to come here. I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while because they truly deserve the shout-out. Their professionalism and genuine kindness make every visit a pleasure. Highly recommend!

I’m not one to review typically but, Playtri deserves it. They helped me out with an issue I had when purchasing a bike. Super great business and you can tell they genuinely care about the customer. Fast response time. Highly recommend

Update on July 29, 2025: Once again, the PlayTri team comes through and delivers a quality and comfortable Pinarello / Campagnolo build. After purchasing a Dogma F outfitted with Campy EPS, I knew I would want the team to build a recently delivered New Dogma F MyWay exactly the way they had completed the build in March 2025. Once again, the team delivers top notch quality in a friendly and knowledgeable way. Kudos to Fernando, Mustafa (👍🏼👍🏼) and Ahmed and many thanks! Ahmed, Fernando and the team were extremely helpful in getting my favorite brand bike frame (Pinarello Dogma F in Crystal White) and components (Campagnolo EPS). In addition to the bike build, the superb setup has resulted in the most comfortable ride I have ever had. I love my Dogma F and strongly recommend Playtri to anyone. Thanks for everything, team!

Son had an Olympic race he decided to do last minute with his bike currently in the shop. We called around and Dallas Playtri had 63mm bike he could rent. We called on a Friday, picked the bike up Saturday morning and it was perfect size, fit him, added 2 drink carriers and was out the door in 30 minutes. Fernando was the absolute most customer centric store manager I’ve encountered in multi-sport. He made us feel like family and the cost was of great value. Going forward, Fernando gets all our bike business. I can’t compliment him enough. He was a huge part of our weekend and we are very grateful to him. SUPERB!
