So I took unpaid time off for a medium depth chemical peel. The doctor spent 10 minutes trying to refund me depending on the results I thought I would get. I should have listened. I had had a med peel before that turned out great so I wasn't worried. This place charged me $400 for absolutely nothing. They robbed me. I never peeled one piece of skin and there is not one difference. I don't know what kind of game they're playing but I'm not rich. I had to plan that money. I work at Walmart. It wasn't even a light peel. A medium peel should be what it says A MEDIUM DEPTH PEEL. I'm sickened and hurt by this experience.

It is always a pleasure to go see Dr. Botros. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Never pushy. I've been going to PA for many years and I am happy to see the business grow. She has a great staff that I would feel very comfortable seeing.

Annie and Megan are amazing!! I see Annie every 2 months for a hydrofacial and extra massage and it’s wonderful! Megan does my Dysport every 3 weeks and does it perfectly every time! The salon is beautiful and serene. I love coming here and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon!

I got derma-plane and medical facial! This was my first experience in skin care. I had such a fantastic time! Allie and Brooke are absolutely fantastic they were so sweet and took such good care of me and my friend! Allie helped me gather products to create a skincare routine and Brooke gathered a few samples so I could learn about different brands and products! Will definitely return in the future! 🫶🏼

This was my first time visiting Plaza Aesthetics & Wellness as I just moved to the KC area. From scheduling my appointment to having my service everything was top tier! The staff were warm and welcoming and the office is beautifully decorated and designed! I had my appointment with Megan Griffiths who was knowledgeable and IMO the best RN I’ve had getting the services I did. At check out, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Botros! I think it says a lot when the doctor not only helps her staff with check out patients she makes it a point to meet the patient. That type of service goes a long way with me. If you haven’t booked an appointment with them, do it today! Otherwise you’re missing out!!!
