The Estrella location is an absolute joke. I brought my daughter in here on a Thursday, told them all the symptoms, weak, sleeping all the time, not eating, threw up once, had a hard time breathing, mottled skin, dry mouth, cracked lips, and they decided to test her for strep, and send us on our way. A day later my daughter is in the ER at Phoenix Children's hospital, and admitted to the ICU for three days, being told that she would have died if we didn’t come in sooner. If you want your child symptoms to be taken seriously, for them to be diagnosed and treated, and not just have your copay collected, this is not the place for you. Find somewhere that will actually do their job and value your child’s health and well-being

I was Excited to try a new Pcp for my son. He was coming in for a sick visit. There was two girls at the check-in chatting with each other seemed really friendly and nice. The girl on the left, checked me in. As I sat down with my son, filling out paperwork. She shouted across the room, with attitude for my son to be seen the visit will need to be changed to a wells visit because he is new patient “while Bobbling her head.” I told her OK that is fine, he is up-to-date with his shots. She started bubbling her head stating ya Mom, he is not getting shots for him to be see It has to be a Wells visit. Which I already agreed on. I felt like she should have called me over for one because everyone in the room heard our conversation. (HIPAA). I walk over to her window like a normal respectful human being and told her I’m done with filling out the check in process, she bobble her head and said you can have a seat. I also know for a fact if I shouted “ Little Miss bobble head, I’m done filling out my check-in process across the room” she wouldn’t be happy. I don’t understand the attitude towards me, for this reason, I will not come back to this place where employees only have respect for each other, and not their patience. I came in with a sick child, the last thing I need is the receptionist being pissed because my son is a new patient and giving me an attitude.” I hope they check the cameras and see I’m not lying about her bubble head”. Seems like she was more into gossiping with her co worker then being kind to people she doesn’t know nothing about!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this location and highly recommend both the facility and the medical team. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Dr. Rekhala and MA Sierra provided outstanding care — they were patient, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. They thoughtfully tailored our treatment and vaccinations to fit our specific needs, which we truly appreciated. We are very grateful for the exceptional service and will definitely be returning for future care!

I have been coming here at the thomas location for a couple months now, I absolutely love it! The staff is super friendly an helpful! The provider's are all very excellent! Everyone here is just super great an always make my kid's feel comfortable!(: Plus the view you have here is amazing!!!

Great place to bring your child and trust in the staff and providers. Never waited long, information always verified, clean area and very families children friendly. Today Paris a training MA took care of my 4 yr old and she did above and beyond. We were all once beginner at one point. Super happy with the over all experience.
