Je suis très satisfaite des travaux faits ds ma salle de bain. On a retiré ma baignoire du podium pour changer les robinets ,de plus on a changé mon lavabo et mes robinets, bref , un beau changement dans mon décor. Surtout le travail a été vraiment bien fait! Un gros merci à Fabrice et Isaac pour leur bon travail et tout était nickel après leur départ ! Très polis et minutieux ! Merci ! Je recommande cette entreprise !👌

Mon expérience avec Plomberie Fortin, dans la région de Québec, a été extrêmement décevante. La qualité du service à clientèle laisse sérieusement à désirer : manque flagrant de professionnalisme, ton arrogant au téléphone et absence totale de suivi. La communication avec l’entreprise est vraiment problématique ; au téléphone, le ton est sec et désagréable, donnant l’impression que le client dérange plutôt que d’être servi. Cette attitude, combinée à un professionnalisme quasi inexistant, témoigne d’un profond manque de considération envers la clientèle. Je déconseille fortement de leur confier vos travaux.

I simply try to call with an emergency for our building with busted pipes. The man who answer literaly hang up on me once he realized I couldn't confirm if we used his service in the past. I was calling on the behalf of the other co-owners. He started raising his voice, being arrogant and disrespectful while I am only trying to find a solution to our plumbing issue. I can only imagine the type of service they can provide. I wish I could give - 5 stars for his unprofessional treatment of a possible customer. Never calling there again and will highly recommand NO ONE to call their service either. We talk to barely 2minutes, hope this was the last time ever.
