Massimo did an excellent job fixing a leak for me. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the issue, fixed it efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. The area was left clean and tidy. I’d highly recommend Massimo (PUM) to anyone needing a reliable plumber.

He came as soon as possible when I needed him, diagnosed the issue right away, and fixed it efficiently. You can tell he takes pride in his work—everything was done thoroughly and cleanly, and he took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I truly appreciated his hard work, reliability, and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone.

I had an exceptional experience with Stefano from Plomberie Urgence Montréal and can’t recommend him highly enough!! From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he takes a great deal of pride in his work and brings a level of professionalism and care that is truly rare. What stood out the most was Stefano’s remarkable work ethic. He approached every part of the job with patience, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things properly rather than rushing through. It’s incredibly reassuring to have someone in your home who treats the work as if he were doing it for his own family!! Stefano is also extremely patient and generous with his explanations. I had a lot of questions (and some that probably weren’t very technical!), and he took the time to answer each one clearly and respectfully. He never made me feel rushed or embarrassed for not understanding plumbing terminology. Instead, he made sure I truly understood what was happening, why an issue occurred, and what the options were. This level of transparency and communication built a lot of trust. On top of being knowledgeable and hardworking, Stefano is genuinely kind, respectful, and easy to talk to. He creates a sense of comfort and calm during situations that are usually stressful. He checked in with me throughout the process, made sure I felt informed and reassured, and handled everything with professionalism and empathy. I wholeheartedly recommend Stefano for anyone needing plumbing services. If you’re looking for someone who is not only talented at what he does but also treats you with kindness and respect, Stefano is absolutely the person you want.
