Would give 0 star if I could! Just booked online and had dates places to and from! The airport , hotel and Superbowl! They quoted me the price made the reservation! Thought I was good to go! Then received a message they apologized but we have not updated our systems for the rate change for the SB!!! Seriously jus weeks away and they can’t get the correct price! They let you go through the whole process then send a text! With triple the price! They have it to send to you acre the reel you in! Total SCAM!!! Stay away from this company!

Rafael was with our group all day and provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was extremely professional, patient, and attentive, making sure everyone was comfortable at every stop. We love the PLS VIP LIMO team! Rafael is our main guy and he is always on time, friendly and communicative! We use them for airport transfers and private parties. We recently rented a van for a trip to Napa and the van we got was spacious, comfortable and a great price. Our driver Alex was so awesome and accommodating! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
