Jerome was also certified to service and repair Kohler products, and he did an excellent job liaising between me and Kohler when needed. That extra layer of support was extremely reassuring and showed how knowledgeable and professional he is. I really appreciated how respectful he was of my home. He brought separate shoes for indoor versus outdoor work, wore protective booties, and made sure to clean up his workspace thoroughly when he was finished. Pricing was clear and upfront, with no surprises. When you’re navigating home repairs—especially for the first time—it makes a huge difference to have someone who is not only skilled, but also kind and patient.
