Highly recommend! We had a leaky water heater and were able to schedule an appointment quickly. We were even called for an earlier appointment when they had a cancellation. Troy came out and assessed the issue with efficiency and knowledgeable information. The price was reasonable. We needed a new water heater because ours had rusted out at the bottom and the internal tank was cracked. We were shown pictures of the actual damage, so I felt confident in the assessment of damage. Troy drove to get a new water heater and installed it the same day. He was neat and tidy during the installation and cleaned up any debris before he left. I’m very happy with the service we received. Happy to recommend!

About 6 months ago we replaced our water heater. Recently we noticed a good amount of water collecting in the pan under the new unit. Service tech Dave responded to the call and was very thorough regarding our warranty claim. Dave and his helper Noah stayed late in the evening to ensure the install was completed. Dave took it upon himself to communicate with me every step of the way. Very happy with the outcome. We have been using Plumbing by Paul for years and will continue to do so. Always fair with pricing and they know how to keep their customers happy and coming back. 10/10.

Plumbing by Paul is amazing. Becky called them since our toilets weren’t flushing and the shower pipes were gurgling. She called them around 2, Brian was here by 3. He was so polite and courteous! He told us every step of what he was doing, and had it all fixed within the hour. He even took the time to answer my 5 year old’s questions. Amazing company!! They were also very affordable!! I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.

Brian came out to our house on Sunday 12/14. The great thing about Plumbing by Paul is they work 7 days a week and Sunday did not cost extra. My husband explained the problem and Brian assessed the issue before making any repairs. He clearly explained what needed to be done - he was professional, efficient and knowledgeable and the price for the job was fair. We have found our go to plumber going forward! We highly recommend Brian with Plumbing by Paul.
