I highly recommend these plumbers. Awesome customer service and very quick to respond. Both Isaiah and Tony were very friendly and diligent in resolving the issue we had with our kitchen sink being clogged. They even went the extra mile showing us what we could do to help prevent clogs in the future.

Had a leaky kitchen sink, faucet and valves and other miscellaneous components needed to be replaced. They came out same day, gave a breakdown and estimate for everything and explained all repairs/changes happening. Great communication overall. If you can request them, ask for Isaiah and Tony, those guys were awesome, friendly, and professional. I will definitely be requesting them from now on for any future work needed.

The water heater went out during the holidays. Called Plumbing Guys and they said they could replace it same day (did not expect that this time of year)! Isaiah and Tony were amazing! Not only were they courteous and professional, they were also experienced and knowledgeable. They make an outstanding team. They took great care not to damage anything inside the house. They completed the installation and educated us on water heater care to prolong its life. Would definitely use Plumbing Guys in the future and will recommend to any friends or family in the El Paso area!

I've had these guys come out to my property twice and they provided expeditious resolve with outstanding customer service. Quin, Isaiah, and Tony are all wonderful and skilled at their craft. I asked for Quin and Isaiah specifically for my 2nd call due to how they took care of my home. I didn't have to wait for an appointment. Both times I called, they were here within a couple hours. Plumbing Guys of El Paso replaced my water service line from the meter to my garage, along with a new shutoff valve. The job was done thoroughly and with care — they bored under the sidewalk instead of cutting it, restored my rock yard nicely, and made sure everything was left clean and functional. The pricing for the replacement was fair, and I appreciated that when we ran into a few unexpected challenges, they worked with me to find solutions that kept my water on and the project moving forward. They also extended my warranty, which gave me extra peace of mind. Overall, I’m satisfied with the quality of the work and the way they handled the job. With just a little more consistency around scheduling and communication, they’d easily be a 5-star company.
