We had a fantastic experience working with Jake! He was extremely patient and informative from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly walk us through all of our options, explained what was necessary versus optional, and answered every question without ever making us feel rushed. What we appreciated most was his transparency without being pushy. There was never any sales pressure just honest explanations for us to make an informed decision. He built multiple options specific to our home situation/ needs. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber who is honest and knowledgeable.

Jake kruse is an amazing communicator. I was under so much stress and he helped calm me down even tho he was only here to give me an estimate. He took the time to understand my situation, my finance and go over options. He explained everything very well. I highly recommend him.

Great experience with PlumbRite, from scheduling to resolution! Our shower handle and template broke leaving the wall exposed. I was able to call Allison and schedule quickly for the next morning; she was very kind and patient. Jake Kruse did the replacement work and he was great! He was prompt, professional, and transparent. Work was done quickly and efficiently; made sure no leaking within the bathroom and below to the garage. He also walked through options and potential fixes needed moving forward. Highly recommend!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We called because our bathtub was leaking. Almost $8000 and 4 visits later it has still not been fixed. Here is what was fixed for $8000: a new one/off valve for the water main, a new valve on water heater, but it is still leaking, bedroom shower got a new handle. The main leak we called for is STILL not fixed. It has been months and they can’t/ won’t resolve it. I will steer everyone I know against this company for their outrageous prices and inability to fix the issue they were called for. At this point, I simply want a refund for incomplete work. I will have to find a different company to help me.

I highly recommend Ray!! He was very professional and he found exactly what was wrong. I had 2 other people before him come out and I spent $1500 and they didn't fix the issue! I was leery (and poor lol) but Ray went right to the issue! He explained throughly, showed me what was going on and opened my sad, old looking cast iron pipes back up, so that I could wash dishes in my kitchen once again. Soon, they will be rerouting new pipes so perhaps I will have another positive review once that work has also been completed :) stay tuned!
