My shower facet got stiff and eventually broke down on a Sunday evening. It cannot function at all and I have to cut the main water supply to turn it off. I look up google and found Plumetree Plumbing & Rooter with the best reviews and so gave them a call. I was surprised they have a good response and appointment system and set me up for the next day. The technician who came over was Ricky Nunez and he is exceptionally good, did a great job showing me that the cartridge behind is the culprit and can be fixed with a replacement. The initial quote was high at $1.1k to change out everything including swapping out the whole shower trim kit and I was about to find another company, but he understood what the root cause and was flexible on the quote down to $566 to only change out the cartridge and use back the original trim kit. He got everything done in just 1hr plus and it's working perfectly now. Thanks to Ricky and Plumbtree Plumbing for this great work and service! Greatly appreciated!
