Morgan and Jenya were absolutely amazing! Morgan performed my Botox injections and explained everything so clearly—you could truly tell she had an excellent understanding of facial anatomy. She took the time to personalize the experience specifically for me, which I really appreciated. I usually get nauseous during treatments, but both Morgan and Jenya made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough! I’m so excited to see the results over the next two weeks and will definitely be back!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience here. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was so welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable. Jenya was incredibly kind and knowledgeable while getting my background info, and then I met Kris… WOW. Kris was beyond thorough. We had about an hour-long consult where she really took the time to look at my face from every angle, ask thoughtful questions, review before photos, and truly understand my goals. She was so genuine, transparent, and intentional with everything. I’ve never felt more confident or excited after a consultation. I’m so grateful and can’t wait for our booking

Jenya is an incredibly educated and talented injector.Jenya has a comprehensive understand of the various types of filler for each area of my face. She guided me on the use of Sculptra, Botox, and the different fillers to achieve my desired look. I was very comfortable during my consultation. She made recommendations that suited my conservative approach without pressure to do more. Jenya has a gentle touch and made certain that I was comfortable during injection. I highly recommend Jenya as a knowledgeable injector who works with you to achieve your goals.

This was my first time getting cosmetic enhancements done on my face, and I truly couldn’t have chosen a better place for my first experience. Plumped came highly recommended to me by a friend, and it absolutely lived up to that recommendation. I had PRF done under my eyes, and Morgan was my specialist. She was incredibly gentle, patient, and kind throughout the entire treatment. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to walk me through the best options for me, which immediately put me at ease. Plumped is an amazing space staffed with some of the top cosmetic technicians. I felt cared for, informed, and completely comfortable from start to finish. I will absolutely continue going there for my treatments and always recommend them to friends.

The best med spa in Charlotte produces yet another impressive injector! I cannot say enough amazing things about Jenya. She has such a gentle hand, which is exactly what you want in an injector! She walks you through everything, makes sure you’re comfortable, and delivers results that are subtle and stunning. Highly recommend! Kudos to these ladies…they are truly artist!
