We take our dog Sophie here since we got her and have had AMAZING experiences. She is not only super knowledgeable and educational on dog needs, she is so easy to get into, reasonably priced, and does amazing work. Sophie is a 1 year old Bernadoodle who is very hyper and still working on manners due to her previous owners. And she grooms her with no issues, loves her like her own, and is so quick and efficient. Love love love this place and plan to never go to anyone else 🥰
My cat Buttercup has trouble grooming herself because of nerve pain, so she ended up with pretty bad mats. I had never taken either of my cats to a groomer, but I knew I needed professional help. Stephanie wasn't able to finish all of the grooming services due to Buttercup being sensitive to touch, but she got the worst mats out and gave me guidance on taking care of the rest of the mats. She also gave me a plan for maintaining Buttercup's fur to keep it mat free in the future. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend Pooch & Purr for pet grooming.
I have the best experience every time I visit Stephanie here. As one of the only cat groomers in the city, Stephanie cares for my kitties with incredible compassion and patience. Her work is outstanding, and her character is equally as amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough.
I brought my dog in for a spa day after a traumatic event left her hair patchy and balding. Stephanie helped relieve Miss Freya from her flaky, itchy skin AND she loved the 1:1 attention. Stephanie is a compassionate professional whom takes pride in her work. Highly recommend!
Stephanie has been grooming our doodle his whole life. She treats him with as much love as we do and we feel great knowing he is groomed all the way through with her. He has never had a bad hair cut (in our opinion). Her show cuts are fantastic but we also love the pet cuts that our guy gets. He is so happy to be nice and short for his summer swims. She is great at communicating promptly and her new space is fantastic!
