I recently tried to get a quote for a pool heater installation from this company and had a very frustrating experience. It took several days just to get someone to come out (Bryan) for an initial assessment, and then weeks to finally get a response. (Originally requested on December 11th). After numerous delays and promises that a quote was coming, I was finally told by Cinstinna, almost a month later (January 6th), that they couldn't provide one because it was "outside their scope of work." The extreme lack of communication and the month-long delay are unacceptable. Why wasn't this determined at the outset? This wasted a significant amount of my time and showed a complete disregard for my time and needs as a potential customer. It's a clear indicator of a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I would not recommend this company.
