I've been with Poolie for a few years now and can't say enough good things about them. I'm often out of town unexpectedly and it's nice to feel like my pool is in good hands, always clean and in good runing order. Jaylen is amazing, aside from just making sure my pool is clean and operational, I've trusted poolie with many facets of pool life, from installing and maintaining my heater to helping with filter and pipe fixes. It is truly a one stop shop for me to be able to enjoy my pool and hot tub year round. I reccomend poolie without reservation or hesitation.
Mr. Marcus Coleman is Our Pool Gentlemen. He shared with me the working of the Pool/Spa equipment. Let me know I already have a Heater for my Pool and how to use it. The water was pretty Gross on Thursday & still kinda gross but NOT as Bad ……figured I will give it a few day (untill Mr. Marcus comes back) to look completely clear again & try the heater out. I appreciate Mr Marcus didn’t make me feel some sorta way about the situation of my POOL/SPA he totally overstood that this is my 1st time owning a Pool/Spa & gave his word “oh we will get you back into a clean an functional pool/spa” with a professional confidence and smile.💯 Showed me how to use my vacuum on the pool☺️ ****We Just bought this house and only thing I knew was it was everything was installed 2yrs ago**** Thanks again Sir & Many Blessings Ki Davis P.S. Troy is professional, punctual, and goes above and beyond to keep our pool looking great. We are first time pool owners and having someone knowledgeable has been a blessing. The storms have taken a toll on our pool a few times but you would never know! I would recommend Troy 100%
Thomas took over the project to resurface my pool from another team and has done a fabulous job. The project moved much faster and was completed very professionally and to the highest standards. The prep and plaster team was well equipped, knowledgeable, polite and left the pool and property super clean. Many thanks to Thomas for getting this project back on track and completed!
I had old style glass blocks in my spa they removed them replastered it and transformed it to look more modern! I think they did an amazing job! I had looked around for a while trying to find a company but didn’t feel comfortable with anyone until Poolie! They are very easy to communicate with and they responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had throughout the whole process! I plan on using them again for additional updates!
