I bought the one and the six for my granddaughter 16th birthday. I travel to Grand Prairie and the six started inflating. The young lady. Tried to tell me if it’s hot in the car if it’s cold in the car if I stopped anyway, it was for like three minutes to grab my earplugs. The only time I was not in the car with the balloons then she tells me that I could bring it back and I’ll blow it back up. What good is that the birthday party was today I was at the birthday party offered no other kind of solution. That was my first time visiting the store. They seem to give you a good customer service when you’re there but when you got a problem, Customer Service seems to go out the window. They could care less how to customer feel or how it destroyed my granddaughter’s birthday. I tried going to another location in Grand Prairie. They didn’t even have helium.

Today was my first day going to Pop Shelf learning form my daughter and my niece oh my God I must say the store was clean. The restroom was clean thank you so much for having a clean restroom. The workers was polite like I was in heaven. Now I know where I’m gonna go broke at because the sales are amazing. I could furnish my whole house in there from bathroom cleaning supplies to towels kitchen wear everything I love it. I will be back most definitely.

This place has everything. We got some things for a birthday party. Prices were reasonable as well.

So much variety here! Cute decor that seems of good quality. The kitchen spot was my favorite, such cute silverware and glassware!

This store is so good! Everything is super organized, clean, with amazing prices and super helpful staff! It takes the shopping experience to a new level for sure! I came during the Holidays Season and even got a really cute gift box for free :)
