I’ve been a member of Potential Realized Training (PRT) for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it. The workouts are challenging but in a really good way and a great start to my day. The owners are incredibly friendly, and there’s such a great group of people who attend this gym. One of my favorite things is that I can always modify exercises when my body needs it, without ever feeling guilty or out of place. They also offer multiple class times in the mornings and evenings, which makes it easy to stay consistent. Truly a great community.
PR freaking T…….. This gym is absolutely psychotic in the best possible way! Whether you’re a beginner or have been working out for a while, this gym will challenge you. If you want to make changes both mentally and physically, and you’re willing to put in the work, this is the place. It’s not all scary though, as the community is great with a lot of fun to be had pre/post workout. Jaime and Neal (the owners and trainers) are incredible at what they do and great at welcoming you in to their community. Everyone that works out there, all ages and fitness levels, are extremely nice and really make you feel part of the crew. I’ve been working out for the last 8 years and can honestly say I’ve never been tested like this before. I 100% recommend PRT to anyone looking for a challenging workout and a fun environment!
I’ve been a member for a year and a half. Best Gym training facility in the East Valley! The class sizes are perfect and everyone’s welcoming! I have scoliosis and some days are better then others. I don’t feel intimidated at all and if their is a movement I can’t do, Neal and Jamie modify the workout. PRT has turned into an addition to our family! I highly recommend PRT.
PRT is more than a gym... it’s a place of encouragement, community, killer workouts, accountability, friendship, hard work, fun and family! No matter how your day is going, you will always walk out of PRT with a smile (and a whole lot of sweat)! It’s the type of place that you look forward to going to, no more dreading the gym or trying to figure out what workout you should do and if it will make a difference. One of the best decisions of my life was joining PRT into 2018, I only wish I’d found it sooner!

I have been motivated, humbled, and pushed to my limits. This gym is unique as it can be catered to your abilities. Some days you just come to be part of the awesome and smile and move. Most days you are motivated by strong awesome people and push yourself to the limits! I have now been with PRT for almost 4 years to the date and absolutely love it as much as the first day I walked through that door. The coaches, Neal and Jamie are so awesome, always there to support, cheer you on and genuinely care about each individual. You won’t regret, I guarantee! Come check us out!
