Very helpful staff and great selection! It can be difficult if you’re coming for something very specific - but it is an outlet so that’s to be expected! Lots of dinnerware, serving dishes, napkins, runners, dining chairs, accent chairs, knives, lighting, and home decor pieces. Always enjoy shopping here.

I received the best service in years from any business when I was at the Pottery Barn Outlet in Fenton MO! Lexi went over and beyond to help me get my purchase packaged and safe for a flight back home! Most other stores would not go to the extreme Lexi and her team did! We had a great time in the Pottery Barn Outlet but maybe not for the reasons you think. While we did enjoy some of the modern styles and inventive designs the real fun was guessing the prices. 9 out of 10 times we undershot the price. There was a fake cactus priced at $300 and a two piece set of silverware for $60. Straight laughable pricing considering it's an "outlet". I suggest shopping in other places unless you have thousands in purely disposable income. A

Nice selection of Pottery Barn products that changes frequently depending on what happens to be in stock. There are definitely some good deals to be found. You can find furniture, housewares and decorative accessories, kitchen and serving ware, and more.
