So I’m not usually big on writing reviews, but this is one I needed to do. I started Pressure Washing and found myself needing information, tips, guides, equipment and anything else you could think of with no one to turn to. It seems like most of the people that have been doing this aren’t very keen on helping others. I called another store in San Antonio Antonio that does power washing supply, and I found that their personality was really hard to work with. Then I met Lisa from the Power Wash Store. From the moment I met her she has been nothing but kind, helpful, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, eager to help, problem-solving and anything else you can think of. Lisa is the type of employee that any company would want to hire. She is someone that is loyal to the bone that always looks out for the company and the customer and a mediator/liaison between the two and does a phenomenal job of doing so. So when it came time to drop over $20,000 on equipment, it was a no-brainer who I would do business with. I gave my business and money to the Power Wash Store. I would do business with Lisa anytime and if she ever leaves she’d be tough to replace. I highly recommend that anybody who is in the power washing industry or wanting to get into the power washing industry should check out this fine business and work with these professional people. The staff aside from Lisa is very helpful. Their service techs are phenomenal and everybody seems to want to help overall. I wish I could give this company 10 stars. I am customer for life. I called here to have the team build out the back of my truck and install some reels tanks and plumbing. Pablo and Ben got my truck looking great! They are super knowledgeable, and extremely well versed in install and trouble shooting, definitely great guys to trust with your equipment or any pressure wash questions. Furthermore Lisa who is the front desk lady is amazing! She’s also super knowledgeable, and with any questions or concerns you may have she can guide you in the right direction I’ve shopped here many times, and will continue to go back just because of how reliable this store and its employees has been, 10/10 for the team.
I have been in the store about 3-4 times and every single time I’ve been there it’s been a great experience. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. Ben and Lisa were both very helpful and patient with all my questions.
