I contacted Rocco for an emergency situation, and he was extremely helpful and quick to intervene. This reflects the excellent service we always receive when visiting the St-Laurent site! Their service and products are consistently top-notch.

I placed an order for backfill earth and asked if I could bring them some concrete block scraps, for a fee of course. I was told yes. The next day I loaded up the car and went to them. When I arrived, surprise! They don't accept concrete block scraps, this kind of service is only for contractors who work with them. Sadly, poor service, they don’t know what they talk! They doesn't even deserve a star

Very good selection of plants and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Came in at end of season (august 2024) to buy a magnolia tree and a few rose bushes, was very pleased to find out that they offered end of season discounts on their plants. It has been a year since I got my plants and both the roses and magnolia are doing very well. The tea rose variety did not disappoint. I wanted to have big roses that produce a strong perfume and now my garden is full of roses that smell lovely. Overall am very happy with their service and quality of their plants.

My husband bought grass sod from the cote vertu location. When he brought it home it looked half dead and dry. I didn’t have time to return to the store but as expected I had bad results . We watered it as you should but to no avail. Will not go back.

very disappointed in salesman Rocco, didn't bother returning my calls, showed very little interest in serving us . Told me not to bother looking elsewhere for pavers because his company was the only one in the city that has stock. Boy, was he wrong
