Jose, the service tech, did a great job with the installation of the new garage door opener. He worked hard and was done in less than 2 hours. He was very personable and friendly, and answered any questions that I had. I would recommend Precision for any garage issues. They worked with me on financing also, since I live on a very limited budget.

Nick was incredible to work with. He came out diagnosed the issue, got me a fair quote quickly and had the garage door fixed within the week. On Monday afternoon one of my garage doors failed. The big spring broke in two. Since Precision Garage Door of Dallas installed the doors in 2017, I called them for assistance. I was thrilled they could scheduled my house call for the next afternoon. Nick arrived promptly which I appreciated. In a matter of a few hours he evaluated the situation, explained what was wrong and had my door operating once again. He was professional, personable and respectful. I had a great experience with Precision Garage Doors and Jose. The garage door we chose was a special order & took 3 weeks to arrive. Jose answered all my questions & explained the process of installation before he started. He is very pleasant and It was obvious Jose is an expert in his field. When he finished the job, we had a beautiful, heavy duty, very quiet & insulated garage door. The entire installation, with the help of an assistant, took only 4 hours for the double door. The hauling away of the old door, rails, and clean up was all good, too. Precision Garage Doors was easy to contact to set up the initial consultation and estimate. They were able to come out the next day. I was happy that the cost for the quality door I chose was very reasonable. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors & Jose. John Jenkins Irving, TX
