I’ve used Precision Garage for a number of years and have been happy with services provided. I feel they are honest and don’t try to upsell you with stuff you don’t need. Plus, because they are a large company, it is easy to schedule service calls in a timely manner. All service technicians I’ve Interacted with have been knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous.
Henry and his assistant were able to come one day before my actual appointment (which was great!). They were quickly able to diagnose the issue and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. They were both very nice and professional. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

I've always used Precision garage door services for my garage door needs and recently needed new garage door and opener for my rental home. Once again precision delivered with excellent service and competitive pricing. They matched other estimate i had with other company and threw in a couple of upgrades to help sweeten the deal. Trang Phung consultant designer/ service advisor that came to give an estimate gave good advise, worked to meet my timeline as time was a factor for me. Other company was looking at 3 to 4 weeks out from acceptance to install. Walked me tru the process and followed up as needed after estimate accepted. Service technician Eliseo Trillo who came to complete install presented him self well from arriving at the site introduced himself very respectful and professional. He completed the install, ensured that everything is in good working order and walked me tru operation, warranty and left the jobs site clean. Awesome job Precision Garage Door Service Team. I will definitely recommend Precision and keep working with them for all my future garage door service and needs.
Javier did a great job on our garage door. We have had the door for over eight years and it needed some TLC - new rollers and springs. It is quieter now with the new rollers and the springs will help it last many more years. Javier was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and polite.
