We had a fall mouse problem that slowly worsened and got really bad just before the holidays. Despite the time of year, the Precision Pest Control team (Pasha & Nash) didn't hesitate to provide urgent, top notch service at one of the most reasonable prices in the city (I phoned around prior to booking). There's a reason they have a such a high rating, before I was even a customer their kindness, care, and information provided was very helpful. Once they came and assessed the situation, it immediately provided peace of mind and a solution to the problem! Nash was always on time, very considerate in my home, and tremendously kind to my family and my young toddler who was of course curious about the situation. I absolutely recommend them for any pest control issues you're having, it's 100% worth it!

Nash has been amazing! Everything he has done for our rodent issue, Nash has patiently explained and been very transparent in the plan of action, ways to aid the success of the extermination, & what the ongoing and long term plan is. The cost is far more than fair, taking into account his weekly visits to retrap/check in, the time he has taken to communicate with me, along with plugging holes once the extermination has been fully successful. I highly recommend Precision Pest Control!

We had wasps in our basement laundry room, not knowing where they were coming from. My husband checked google and Precision had great reviews. After he called to enquire, I found the nest and we booked them for an appointment. The lady on the phone was very nice and polite. Dan and Dalton were right on time for the appointment and explained what was going to happen. They sprayed the nest but due to its location, couldn't discard of the nest. Both Dan and Dalton were very professional and respectful. I also liked the fact that they have a payment terminal instead of doing etransfer, etc. Would definitely book with them again if we need their services.

I cannot say enough good things about Precision. After dealing with a couple of other local pest control places, we ultimately decided on Precision because they actually seemed to care. Anyone with pest issues in their home can attest to the psychological toll it takes on a family. Precision cares about making your house safe and you feel safe in it. They do an absolutely phenomenal job from start to finish. They told us exactly what to expect and delivered on their promises. The fact that their prices were great was icing on the cake. I will recommend them over and over again.
