I just want to say thank you to Alena. Not for waxing me but for telling me to NOT get waxed. See I’m about to go on vacation and thought I’d give waxing another try, since I broke out in small red bumps 15 years ago. She immediately called and explained what happened and how she has a regiment that I must follow and I knew I wouldn’t be able to do it all in time for my vacation. Instead of taking my money, she knew it’d be better to not wax me this close to my vacation and teach me the proper ways to do it. I really appreciate that and will be rescheduling in the future.

Great team of professionals who make you feel welcome as soon as you come in the front door. Waxing is a rather intimate experience, and a tad "stingy", so I am really pleased I have found such a pleasant waxing salon that really puts me at ease. I am always quite happy with the results as well .Highly recommend!

I've been coming here regularly for a while after leaving my previous studio. On my first visit, my initial impression was phenomenal! Every experience after that has been nothing short of the same. First, I'm large bodied, and I noticed right off the bat that their beds are rated for higher weights (where I used to go, they used flimsy massage tables). Right away, I felt accepted and comfortable. Alena never has a shortage of things to talk about. She remembers our conversations and consistently brings things up that we've talked about in the past. I'm consistently blown away by her and her services (laughing through most of our sessions). I'd also like to mention the front counter person. He's amazing! He always has a joke to tell and a smile on his face. Overall, I won't be going anywhere else unless this establishment shuts down. I feel welcome and comfortable here.

Alena is seriously amazing! I was so nervous my first time coming in, but she made me feel completely comfortable! The room is spacious, very sanitary, and even has a TV you can watch while getting waxed. I wish I could give this business and Alena 6 stars! Getting waxing done is life changing, I save so much time now!
