As a wedding filmmaker and photographer, it is always an absolute pleasure to work with Premier Party Planners. They have always been incredibly detailed in their planning, extremely timely in their communication, and flexible to accommodate the needs of others. I know I am in good hands when I see that I am shooting a wedding planned by Premier. Working with Tara at Premier Party Planners for our wedding was the BEST decision that we made and the most valuable money we spent! We seriously could not have planned our day without her. Tara was excellent at leading us through a process that was very unfamiliar to us. Without her, we would not have known where to start. She always had helpful recommendations and helped us evaluate what was worth spending money on based on our priorities. I live out of town, so Tara and my mom took the lead on many of the in person to dos. She was great at navigating family dynamics with grace — she supported me wholeheartedly while still honoring my mom’s input, and helped us find beautiful compromises that made us both happy. Not to mention she is the MOST responsive planner ever! Her response time to texts and emails is truly incredible. She helped our day run so smoothly and worked alongside the venue to get special permissions for unforgettable moments like our first dance. Tara is truly a kind, dedicated, and excellent wedding planner. We loved spending time with her during the process!

We hired Tara with Premier Party Planners for day of coordination for our wedding. She was fantastic. She made the lead up to our wedding so much easier for us. She took care of a few logistical issues without us even having to request it and coordinated our vendors, making the whole process so much less stressful for us. On the big day she made our space look just as I had imagined it and made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. I have heard from so many of our guests how wonderful the day was, how beautiful the space was, how elegant the whole affair was etc. I also received several compliments about how well Tara ran everything and how on top of everything she was. In addition to her great organizational and planning skills she truly is a pleasure to work with and we could not have had the fantastic day we had with out her.

We said it multiple times throughout the process that we would not have had the wedding we did without Summer at Premier Party Planners! Throughout the entire process and on the day of the wedding, we didn't worry about a single thing. She had every detail timed and planned out. We can't say enough amazing things about our experience with Summer and how beautiful our wedding turned out thanks to her! Would highly recommend using as people who were too busy to think and plan out the little details to make everything beautiful!

Tara was an absolute lifesaver throughout the entire wedding planning process. From the moment we started working together, she was always available to answer any questions I had, no matter how small. Her coordination with the vendors was flawless, ensuring everyone was on the same page, which really helped alleviate a lot of the stress I was feeling. One of the things I appreciated most about Tara was how she managed to make me feel more at ease. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Tara’s calm and organized approach made the experience so much more enjoyable. She also went above and beyond in helping with my family, showing incredible attention to detail and addressing any concerns with patience and care.
