Lost my old tax office but found this place called Premier Tax Service and I absolurely loved it!. They have great customer service & Kevin was my tax preparer, he was a great person to meet and have fill out our taxes. Yes, I will go back next year!

i usually file my taxes on Turbo Tax and never really get much back but i filed with Premier last year and this year and i get a muchhhhh higher return. 100% recommend for everyone !!! and the new management they have this year, Kevin, was super nice and helpful !! go get y’all an appointment with him !!

Long story short we asked this company if they could help my girlfriend out with her tax forms, her numbers weren’t matching with the IRS, 2019 is when we started using this company strictly for our taxes.She has been told by the IRS she owes thousands that this company said they “paid” or “squared it away” when we asked for guidance and help with what was going on. Nothing for months and months we were ignored or told “we can’t find you in the system” As of today she has paid the amount.. this company is shady and doesn’t care about their customers, the worst part is the first time I wrote a bad review the owner “Andrew” called us and gave us the runaround and told us he would get on is ASAP. Weeks turning into months and still nothing done. This company has lost mine and my girlfriends families business. I do not recommend this company to anyone that doesn’t care about their finances, this company does not have your best interest.
