After the initial visit Santiago had suggested getting a water softener installed. I also asked about a whole house water filtration system. I was sent an estimate within 24 hours and everything was scheduled to be installed a week later. Santiago was on time, professional and efficient. He made sure everything was running correctly before he left. I would highly recommend Premium Plumbing. I will definitely be calling for any future plumbing needs.

Santiago arrived on time and quickly replaced the waste pump that had failed. While onsite, I had another plumbing issue (waste stack drain blocked) that he was able to fit into his schedule and resolve for us. Just not having to reschedule for another visit was really helpful to managing that emergency plumbing in my building, greatly appreciated.
