Beyond Impressed – Truly Outstanding Service! I recently took my car here and I’m absolutely blown away by the results. Not only did the team completely transform the outside of the car—making it look brand new again—but they also gave the interior a full makeover as well. Every detail was handled with care and precision. The polish brought out a shine I haven’t seen since the car was new, and the interior looks and feels immaculate. I dealt with Rahul and it’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about delivering top-tier results. The entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. It was an amazing experience of getting the car detail cleaned from here, they gave me the loan car as I didn’t want to wait for couple of hours. Thanks to everyone at Prestige Hand Carwash! My Camry Hybrid is looking great again now and I really appreciate all the detailed work you did. Parth gave me a good deal on a full detail, dent repair and wheel restoration. They also got out two dents from the sides out my car with their dent repair and some good paint touch ups. First time in Melbourne. Express detail car wash $199 + 3 wheel scraches fix $600 - $100 discount = $699. Feels like the detail car wash might be a little more expensive than similar services in Sydney? But the wash was great. The car is all clean for interior & exterior with leather protection. But if you just want to clean the interior and exterior but don't need a deep clean, maybe try the more cost-effective prestige clean? At least I didn't see very obvious difference from express detail to prestige or $70 VIP wash in Sydney except smoother leather. And the wheel fix were perfect. There were numerous of scratches on them, but now the wheels are like new. Not sure $200 for one wheel is expensive, fair or cheap in Sydney or Melbourne because I didn't try it elsewhere. By the way, the store is very busy and many cars are waiting in line. So you’d better go there earlier or wait for longer. And hope they have large area for cars which were already washed to park. It is a little way too crowded in there. Hard to find a dry place to get on the car.

Ummm don’t know what level of expectation I should hold for $89 prestige wash, plus my car is very clean interior and has ceramic coating outside and inside. When I first got in, there were 2 big black shoe/pants mark on my white seat. Then I had a brief look outside, felt like my car still covered in black dust. The guy used the same cloth to clean outside and my interior. The carpet of driver side is not even fully vacuumed. Can’t be bothered…
