Dr Shanna is the best! Why? 1. Attention to detail. She was thorough with her examination and had great bedside manners! 2. She is well versed and aware of recent research and findings, she knows her stuff! 3. She handles you with care and precision. No quick fixes here she will be detailed and focused on what works and what does not! 4. Finally, she is cool! Ultimately, if you are looking for a place that gives you a holistic approach and not just go take some pain killers Dr. Shanna and the entire care team at Prestige is the place for you.

Called on a Saturday, really close to closing time and the receptionist, I think her name was Mia or Nia,was awesome! She was so patient,and informative. Her customer service was top notch 👌 This was my first interaction with this business and I'm looking forward to my appointment, well actually my brothers appointment 😀 If customer service over phone was impeccable, I'm pretty sure the level of service will be just the same in person!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr Shanna Hatten at Prestige Health. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind, understanding and genuinely attentive to what I was feeling. She is exceptional at what she does. Her approach is gentle but effective, her energy is calming, and she takes her time to truly understand your concerns instead of rushing you through an appointment. Practitioners like her are rare. Dr. Hatten deserves to be recognized not only throughout the tri-state area, but honestly on a much bigger scale. If they gave out awards for patient care, compassion, and actual results, she'd sweep them all.. even a Nobel Peace Prize wouldn't feel like enough! If you're looking for a chiropractor who is gifted, professional, and genuinely invested in your healing, please go see her. She's phenomenal. HUGE Thank you to Charlie at the front desk- So enthusiastic, so helpful, and such a bright energy the moment you walk in. He makes the whole experience even better!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Shanna Hatten at Prestige Health and Wellness. She was incredibly detailed during my evaluation and took the time to go through my X-rays step by step, explaining everything clearly. The adjustment itself was phenomenal—after dealing with consistent pain for the past 5 days, I felt significant relief after just one visit. The office was also very clean and welcoming. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Dr. Hatten to anyone in need of chiropractic care!

From the moment I first walked in, the service was amazing! The receptionist greeted me with such positive energy and was extremely helpful, which set the tone right away. Dr. Shanna was absolutely incredible and very thorough, with a great bedside manner, and she explained everything so clearly that I felt comfortable and confident throughout the whole appointment. I left feeling amazing and excited to begin my new journey. The team at Prestige truly knows what they’re doing, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for chiropractic care. It is absolutely worth it!
