I purchased a dress for an event from the Cwmbran store where I was served by Naomi. Naomi made me feel extremely comfortable, very relaxed and I can’t recommend the boutique or service, enough. What a truly beautiful store, with wonderful staff who will make you feel out of this world.

Wow just had the best experience from choosing my mother of the bride dress and accessories Where Karen was so lovely and complementary! I Felt absolutely fabulous in my dress and would highly recommend pretty perfect boutique for a special occasion. Collected my dress and accessories today and am so impressed with their customer service and attention to detail from the start of the process to the end . What a great experience I had from start to finish. Beth was truly delightful,amazing! I told her I wasn’t sure what I wanted. The first dress she picked for me was the one I bought! I did try on others styles but my heart was with the first one. Beth made me feel relaxed the whole time and I would highly recommend a visit if you are looking for the perfect dress. I also purchased the hat, shoes and bag. The shoes and bag are being dyed to compliment my outfit. I am a very, very happy Mother of the groom!

Amazing experience shopping her for my daughter’s dress. Naomi was so so helpful and knowledgeable and service was all with a smile. Very touching also when your child’s name is present on board when entering the fitting area. All ladies in shop were very attentive to. Thank you so much, the compliments my daughter had about dress was phenomenal. Definitely recommend shopping her for that dream dress for your daughter 🫶🏼

We knew from the time we stepped into the shop it would be an amazing experience and we wasn’t wrong. The level of care and customer service really made my daughter feel incredible. The dresses are of a very high standard with amazing quality and the nice little hidden gems of having the hidden pockets in them - great idea for someone who doesn’t want to carry a bag around all night! The number of compliments my daughter had about her dress was insane! She really felt like a true princess at her prom! We highly recommend Pretty Perfect Boutique and we will certainly be spreading the word of how amazing they are!
