My husband and I got married earlier this December. From the moment we started working together about a month before the wedding, Amanda was truly incredible. Hiring Pretty Plans as our month-of/day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. Amanda thought of everything before I even had the chance to worry, and she completely took all the stress off my shoulders. She took over emailing all the vendors and coordinating final details. She was consistently responsive, incredibly thorough, and so calming during a time that can feel overwhelming. On the wedding day, we were lucky to have both Amanda and Niamh taking care of us. Both of them seamlessly took over all of the final details — coordinating vendors, managing setup, keeping everyone on schedule — all with such confidence and care. Because of them, my mom was actually able to relax and enjoy the day instead of stressing, which means more to me than I can put into words. Both Amanda and Niamh executed my vision for the reception space perfectly. Walking into our cozy winter wonderland felt surreal — it was exactly how I imagined it, and even better. Beyond their professionalism, Amanda and Niamh were also my biggest hype girls and cheerleaders, constantly reassuring me and keeping the energy positive and joyful (aka repeating silly or funny phrases to keep me from getting emotional and ruining my makeup). I genuinely cannot imagine our wedding day without Amanda. She was such a huge part of why the day felt smooth, joyful, and truly magical. I am endlessly grateful for her, and her team, and would recommend her to any couple looking for someone who will care just as deeply about their wedding as they do. WE LOVE YOU GUYS!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Charlie and the pretty plans team. The planning and designing were so seamless and perfect, exactly the way we envisioned!! They really listened and made sure we had the best experience. I would marry my husband again just to be able to work with Charlie!! lol. Working with Charlie and Pretty Plans was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. We began planning with Charlie in October of 2024, and our wedding was in September 2025. From day one, Charlie demonstrated an incredible attention to detail, unmatched organization, and endless patience, especially considering our busy schedules. She kept us on track effortlessly and was ALWAYS available, her promptness and responsiveness made us feel completely supported throughout the entire process. Charlie connected us with only the best in class vendors, and her network truly shone through in the quality of every element of our wedding. She also adapted to our unconventional requests and ideas, seemingly effortlessly, while staying true to her proven processes and formulas for creating a memorable, flawless wedding experience that also felt so incredibly “us.” Charlie really took the time to get to know us, what we value in a celebration and made sure our needs and desires were all met, if not exceeded. On the day of, Charlie and her colleague Nicole were truly the best support we could have asked for. They were constantly around the corner, anticipating our needs at every moment during the day, which allowed us to simply enjoy the celebration stress-free. Thanks to their presence, it sincerely felt like we were able to turn off the practical sides of our brains and just focus on celebrating our love. Beyond their exceptional professionalism, Charlie and Nicole are the loveliest people to work with. We genuinely hope our paths cross again outside of wedding planning! We cannot recommend Charlie and Pretty Plans enough for their dedication, talent, and warmth - they truly made our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more

We were introduced to Charlie while I was a bridesmaid in another wedding. I remember watching Charlie working and saying to my now husband “we’re definitely using them when we get married”. Fast forward a couple years later and I’m so glad we did! Words cannot describe how much we appreciate Charlie and the whole Pretty Plans team. We worked them over almost two years and during that time we ended up having our beautiful son. When we found out we were pregnant, Charlie was so understanding and helped coordinate changing our wedding date with all our vendors. We took our foot off the gas with wedding planning when our son was born as many new parents will understand. The team was there to help plan the rest of the details. They were an absolute dream to work with and brought our vision to life. We couldn’t imagine our big day without Charlie, Nicole and Emily. It went so smoothly and was so much fun! From the very beginning, our lead planner, Amanda Horvat and company owner, Charlie St. Louis made us feel so supported. They weren’t just planners; they became part of the family. Their warmth and kindness put us at ease, and their attention to every single detail was nothing short of incredible. They anticipated our needs before we even realized them, solved every challenge quietly and gracefully, and made sure the entire weekend ran like a well-choreographed dance. On the day of the wedding, I looked around at our daughter, our family, and our guests all laughing and celebrating, and I realized—I wasn’t worrying about a single thing. That’s the gift Amanda and her team (Nicole and Sabrina) gave us: the freedom to soak up every moment.
