We recently purchased a bedroom set from Price Busters on Franklin Street and my experience has been nothing short of upsetting. The sales rep, Jason, assured me that if there were any issues, he would either send a replacement set or refund my money. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any follow-up, and my concerns remain unaddressed. Upon delivery, I was appalled to find that the dresser drawers wouldn’t close properly, and worse, there was mold on the bedframe. It's incredible how this could have passed a quality check. The delivery guy seemed unconcerned; he acknowledged the issues but acted as if it was no big deal. We aren't so desperate for furniture that we would risk our health for a cheap deal. I expected better from a company like Price Busters. I hope they take this seriously and resolve the situation soon; otherwise, I will be sharing my experience widely. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your furniture needs! And also to the delivery workers! Learn to have class when delivering furniture- we appreciate good service by TIPPING! They didn’t earn anything but this review!!

The Price Busters on Franklin always have the best people working there...I had the pleasure of having Chanelle help me and she was very nice and professional. They delivery went smoothly, the guys were very professional and handled my products with care. I will always go to that Price Busters. And the bed was easy to put together also.
